About the role

We are looking for an amazing business development executive to join our team to help us build on existing demand and accelerate our expansion in 2020. Our ideal candidate is smart, driven, great with people, responsible and not afraid to get out of their comfort zone to deliver results. You must also want to work in an early stage business, start-up environment.

Our mission is to make digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for everyone and we are building the next generation of cryptocurrency services for the fast-growing community of digital currency investors - many of whom are new to crypto. We aspire to be more than a typical cryptocurrency wallet: we’re setting out to solve all the problems that exist around owning cryptocurrency with a product that’s fair, transparent and easy to use.

We are a Cardiff-based fintech / insurtech start up so you will be in at the beginning working with us to change the way people accumulate, hold and manage their cryptocurrency. This will be a fun and dynamic, yet challenging role which will suit someone who is focused, embraces change and wants to create something completely new.


  • Outbound business-to-business sales – creating opportunities that ultimately lead to closed deals.
  • Research, identify and approach new potential customers or partners and find the best route in.
  • Deliver a perfect elevator pitch over the phone as well as writing carefully crafted emails.
  • Establish a healthy pipeline and be committed to converting as many as possible to paying customers.
  • Successfully manage and overcome objections.
  • Build strong relationships and gather feedback that will help us refine and improve our product.
  • Assist in marketing related activities.


  • 18 months experience in sales or recruitment.
  • A strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Self starter, target driven and excited by achieving goals.
  • Ability to sell consultatively and build successful long-term relationships
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills with strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cryptocurrency and or financial services desired but not essential
