What's the role?

As a Sales Solutions Consultant, you'll be tasked with leading technical qualification of sales opportunities and demonstration of the Elliptic platform. You will build credibility through a deep technical understanding of cryptocurrencies, and the compliance use cases for our products. You will be capable of taking unique customer business models, data flows and compliance processes, and explaining how their needs can be met by Elliptic's solutions, including the use of bespoke API integrations. Your role will require an outstanding customer facing demeanor, and strong communication skills.

You will be part of the Elliptic Commercial team, which is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding business relationships with current customers.

As a Sales Solutions Consultant you will:

  • Demo the Elliptic Platform to customers in a credible and confident matter.
  • Be familiar with the various challenges that Elliptic's various customer types face in identifying, preventing and investigating criminal activity in the cryptocurrency environment; and mapping Elliptic solutions to meet those challenges.
  • Creatively identify and solve integration challenges to ensure "stickiness" of the Elliptic platform within the customer's overall risk and compliance system architecture
  • Identify, along with sales and Elliptic's management team, new use cases for our expanding set of customer verticals
  • Assess not only the cryptocurrency landscape but also the broader compliance environment to identify areas for business and technology partnerships.
  • Determine and coordinate access to public and enterprise APIs to allow for full realization of value from the Elliptic platform.
  • Design and coordinate data reporting as required.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide a feedback loop on new product development opportunities.
Requirements You Have:
  • 10+ years experience working as a solutions consultant partnering with sales teams to understand customer needs and map technology to those needs in value add way.
  • 5+ years experience working in traditional AML/Compliance environments
  • A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur's mindset. You're comfortable creating value in a low structure environment while being agile and resilient.
  • Ideally some management experience in the small company technology space, as the function of solutions consultants will grow as our business grows.
