Core Responsibilities

As a member of Customer Support division, this position is responsible for the following operations. Creating and maintaining a good office environment Office maintenance and general duties Working in close co-operation with our employees, ordering company materials and fixtures, stocktaking, answering calls, managing office environment, preparing international mail and taking requests from employees

This position is available for those who can work on Saturdays and atleast 2 weekdays per week.lowing shift times are available. The start and end time can be adjusted according to your class schedule. Shift 1: 9:00-1300 Shift 2 : 13:00-18:00 Shift 3 : 18:00-22:00 For example : Monday (1), Tuesday (3) and Saturday (1) and (2)

Required Skills
In at least second year of university or in graduate school Those who can commit to at least half a year are preferred Those who are available to work on Saturdays and at least 2 weekdays per week (negotiable).

Annual salary (determined by experience and ability) paid in monthly installments Salary revision twice a year

Office Environment

In October 2017, we moved to Roppongi's landmark Tokyo Midtown. Not only is it an excellent location, but the interior of our office is designed to completely maximize our operational efficiency. Naturally, our engineers, corporate staff, and back office employees all enjoy high spec PCs with large monitors. The chairs used in our office were selected by polling our employees. As for keyboards, graphics tablets, and software, each employee is allowed to choose which specific ones they want to use.
