Job Description

Core Responsibilities

As part of the general affairs division, this position is responsible for the following. Creating and maintaining a good office environment Office maintenance, general duties Working closely with our employees, ordering office materials and furnishings, answering phones, preparing international mail, taking requests from employees etc.

This position is available for at least two weekdays per week. This position is the hourly-wage system. The following shift times are available. The start and end times can be adjusted around your class schedule.

Shift 1: 9:00 - 13:00 Shift 2: 13:00 - 18:00

Please inform us of your desired shift. Ex: Monday (1), Tuesday (1) and (2), Friday (2)


In at least second year of university or in graduate school Those who can commit to at least half a year are preferred Those who can commit to at least 2 weekdays per week are preferred (negotiable)

Annual salary (determined by experience and ability) paid in monthly installments Salary revision twice a year

Office Environment

In October 2017, we moved to Roppongi's landmark Tokyo Midtown. Not only is it an excellent location, but the interior of our office is designed to completely maximize our operational efficiency. Naturally, our engineers, corporate staff, and back office employees all enjoy high spec PCs with large monitors. The chairs used in our office were selected by polling our employees. As for keyboards, graphics tablets, and software, each employee is allowed to choose which specific ones they want to use.
