Location: Brooklyn, NY 11211

Compensation: 60-70k

Who is Fluidity

We are a team of engineers and financial technology experts. We have come together with a shared mission to build a global, decentralized trading network that makes it easy to buy and sell Ethereum-based tokens in a peer-to-peer fashion. Why this role exists: As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our clients understand their hiring needs and successfully navigate and our services.


  1. Create infographics to help our clients better understand our offerings by simplifying workings of blockchain technology.
  2. Producing externally facing materials (e.g., collateral to hand out at conferences, t-shirts/swag, powerpoint/keynote templates, logos, websites, event graphics, presentations)
  3. Providing guidance around other creative assets like explainer videos


  • Ability to work on a small, fast team with self-drive and conviction.
  • 2+ years design experience at a top company or design firm.
  • A degree in visual design or related field such as industrial design, communication design, or architecture.

Hard skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects and/or C4D is a huge plus.   
  • Ability to communicate and detail your design thinking and decisions.
  • Clean graphic design skills that will represent our design aesthetic.
