Job Description


Core Responsibilities

We're seeking a project manager to lead global affairs in our European office in Luxembourg.
This position will have international business trips and will likely involve international relocation.

Project managers need to be well-versed in both the business side and the engineering side, but we want to make development as smooth as we possibly can. The following are the main responsibilities of this position. Adjusting service release plans in coordination with the business side Coordinating with management to set the business requirements and specifications Adjusting development plans with the engineering side Project management during the development phase Formulating the necessary processes and rules for project management Planning for and assembling the necessary teams for short-term and long-term development management etc.
  • This position will require coordination between our foreign and domestic offices.


Qualifications
Required Skills
University graduate Experience in project management for IT systems Highly skilled in communication At least business level English and Japanese
Desired Skills
Understand the full scope of project management (such as PMBOK) Knowledge of IT-related services (such as ITIL)

Salary

Office Environment

In October 2017, we moved to Roppongi's landmark Tokyo Midtown. Not only is it an excellent location, but the interior of our office is designed to completely maximize our operational efficiency. Naturally, our engineers, corporate staff, and back office employees all enjoy high spec PCs with large monitors. The chairs used in our office were selected by polling our employees. As for keyboards, graphics tablets, and software, each employee is allowed to choose which specific ones they want to use.
