Position Profile:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will serve as the critical nexus to ensure the marketing team has all the necessary tools, frameworks and insights to execute a global marketing strategy.  The Marketing Associate is a motivated, proactive executer who is eager to grow his/her skill set in strategic marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. S/he should have a strong interest or background in emerging technologies and/or capital markets. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Prepare strong drafts that can be finessed for company thought leadership, outbound communications and social media posts.
  • Execute marketing campaigns
  • Prepare regular marketing dashboards and reports
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities
  • Work closely with other marketing functions to ensure tight integration of all social, PR, and marketing components 
  • Maintain marketing automation software, provide insights and optimization plans around traffic and engagement metrics
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support the marketing, product, and sales organizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, customer support, product management, etc.) to provide support to their initiatives 

Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field
  • Highly reliable, ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes
  • Experience in advertising, public relations, and online marketing a plus 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products 
  • Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, MOZ and SEMRush
  • Ability to work and collaborate well as part of a team but also be a proactive self-starter who can work independently and get things done
  • Experience in FinTech, capital markets or startup space a plus
