  Position Profile:

Are you a driven Sales Engineer interested in making a change and adding immediate value to an in-demand team? AlphaPoint, a fastly growing and the leading capital markets blockchain provider, is looking for a passionate, driven and motivated Sales Engineer to lead the development of our global platform.

Job Responsibilities:

       Assist Sales team in Qualifying Prospects

       You will develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospects.

       You will attend and represent Alphapoint to customers at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

       You will lead the delivery of functional and technical elements of RFI's/RFP's (Request for Information and request for pricing).

       You will document and convey customer requirements to Product Management team. These requirements will also be input into Salesforce.

       Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.

       Responsible for staying abreast of product road map as well as understanding scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.

       Will help Sales team prepare for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.

       Must possess strong presentation skills and be able communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFP's and when submitting reports.

       The ability to travel when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

       Bachelor's Degree in a related or applicable discipline.

       5 years of experience in a Sales function, ideally working in a sales, Sales Engineering or Account Manager where you generated new business.

       At least 2 year of experience with Salesforce

       Must have excellent verbal and written skills

       Must be self-motivated and customer focused

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Notable experience in both technical and sales focused roles
  • Knowledge of JIRA and the software development
  • Previous experience with Project Management

       Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
