Job Description

Core Responsibilities

IT help desk operations Initial responses to internal questions and inquiries related to IT and systems; troubleshooting for various devices (desktop, laptop, telephone systems, video conferences, various wireless devices)

Team management operations Assigning tasks to team members, watching over each ticket and internal priority to optimize team management and operations

Substantial responsibilities: Troubleshooting networks and wifi PC setup, imaging, printer settings MS Office and PC environment settings for new or existing employees IT systems and network support for when employees move to new locations Setting up machines and monitors for new employees, inventory management Moving PC equipment and various equipment and installing LAN cables

  Required Skills
At least 3 years of experience at an internal IT help desk (not including call centers) Leadership or management experience for an IT help desk or internal IT team, or project management experience for projects with decided delivery dates Experience in troubleshooting for Windows or Mac
  Desired Skills
Business level English and Japanese Chrome OS support experience Experience in creating or optimizing support processes for desktops, laptops, video conferences, wireless devices, software, and patch deployment Experience in creating scripts for automating general tasks Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and mobile computing environments

Office Environment

In October 2017, we moved to Roppongi's landmark Tokyo Midtown. Not only is it an excellent location, but the interior of our office is designed to completely maximize our operational efficiency. Naturally, our engineers, corporate staff, and back office employees all enjoy high spec PCs with large monitors. The chairs used in our office were selected by polling our employees. As for keyboards, graphics tablets, and software, each employee is allowed to choose which specific ones they want to use.
