You’re Great at ....

  • Coaching the team in agile best practices including self-organization and cross-functionality

  • Creating a forum for communicating vision, goals, and Product Backlog items to the Sprint Team and outside of the Sprint Team (Stakeholders, Executives)

  • Ensuring team execution and delivery to committed sprint work - Leading the team to maintain a sustainable pace

  • Establishing metrics and plan to drive continuous improvement of customer experience, productivity of the team and quality of deliverables

  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Communicate daily progress updates

  • Supporting techniques for effective Product Backlog management

  • Removing impediments to the team's progress to its sprint commitments

  • Provide perspective to the team and keeps team focused on critical deliverables and tasks

  • Possess the ability to work with and influence wide range of stakeholders across roles and levels (business, compliance, Legal, IT, etc.)

  • Have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory

  • Possess good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Who You Are...

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma, preferrably with an Engineering designation

  • 3-5 years experience running a SCRUM team with continuous integration, automated testing Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance is a plus

  • Appetite for software design tempered with an understanding of practical trade-offs in development (lean, MVP).

Bonus Points…

  • Web/Web3 experience

  • Past experience in tech/fintech startup

  • Interacted with dApps via metamask

  • Participated in various ER20 token crowdsales as a general contributor
