Location: Remote - LA based (Love LA. Hate the traffic. Meet with the CEO regularly, but for the most part, your office is up to you.)

Comp range: $60-70k

Required Experience:

  • At least 1+ years supporting an Exec with a crazy calendar. (3+ years preferred).
  • You have a proven track record of dedication to an Executive.
  • You have 1+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination Experience:
    • You love the nitty-gritty of Project Management: (goal & project tracking, reporting, budgeting, process improvement, etc).
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a fast paced, large, and/or complex work environment.
  • BA/BS Degree, or a HS Diploma and additional 4 years of experience in the above qualifications.

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • Experience working at a tech and/or start-up company.
  • Experience working in the technology industry.

Objective Outcomes

  • You will be the owner of all things related to the CEO’s calendar, expense reports, and travel.
  • You will be the voice of the CEO with other C-Suite execs, their contacts, and assistants.
  • You will be the facilitator of communication between departments.
  • You will be working with the CEO and C Level Execs to make sure all core teams are up to date on all things project management.
  • You will be in the know about all upcoming project approvals, actions, and commitments.
  • You will be responsible for tasks that have varying levels of importance. No task is too small or large for you.
  • You will be planning and supporting Kingsland events.
  • You will be on top of multiple project schedules to ensure project deadlines are met and achieve a high standard of excellence.

Core Competencies:

  • Master of both Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator).

  • You’re a multitasking pro. You can plan meetings in various time zones while arranging last minute travel and draft an email on behalf of the CEO, all without spilling your coffee.
  • You’re a team player but don’t need your hand held when it comes to judgement calls and other decisions.
  • You can take the smallest amount of information and run with it, without needing clarification.
  • You plan everything and manage your time down to the minute.
  • You’re super organized. Your label maker probably has a label.
  • Nothing gets by you. Grammatical errors, and typos dont stand a chance against you. Did you catch that?
  • You get excited about spreadsheets and creating reports.
  • You turn out quality work quickly and efficiently.
  • You’re all about streamlining processes and making things more efficient.
  • You take charge of putting things in motion and seeing them through to the end.

  • Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Must hold a valid passport to travel.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, with little or no guidance.
  • Must be willing to work with flexibility to suit the hours of the CEO, who often travels internationally.
  • Must be robust in the face of criticism.
  • Must be a confident decision maker and willing to take responsibility for decisions made on behalf of the CEO - know that you will not always get it right but you will be able to take what you learned and apply it to future decisions.
  • Must be diligent and proactive in instigating projects and following up on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Must be detailed oriented and thrive in a busy, high intensity environment.
