Position Profile:

AlphaPoint is looking to recruit an experienced Product Trainer who will be a part of a larger IT organization and focus on training, running webinars, and developing client certification processes. The ideal individual will possess strong communication skills with a trading systems background, as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide product training to AlphaPoint's global customer base.
  • Develop, maintain and present training material in an easy to follow manner.
  • Work with product management, development and engineering teams to understand new features and functionality of AlphaPoint's products.
  • Possess the technical ability to understand API's.
  • Possess strong business judgement, influencing skills, leadership and communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to collaborate and lead on projects.
  • Be a self-starter that can work autonomously, take initiative and are highly motivated.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Post Graduate degree is desired
  • Minimum 2 years of training external customers or clients.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the exchange industry.
  • Experience as a professor and/or educator with proven experience building and running large scale training programs.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of trading systems.
  • Able to travel globally at least 20%.
  • Overall excitement regarding the cryptocurrency or blockchain space.
