AlphaPoint, a leading blockchain FinTech firm, is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrative Assistant to support our General Counsel, SVP of Product Management, and CFO. This individual will play a significant role in the daily management and organization of our leadership teams' effectiveness. In this position you will liaise with the Board of Directors, Colleagues, and Stakeholders. You will be required to display the utmost discretion/confidentiality, maintain balance while possessing the ability to manage changing priorities, and provide seamless support to these 3 Executives.
Prepare agendas/schedules for meeting as well as staying ahead of booking and management of travel arrangements.
Able to manage confidential documents and information with professionalism.
Maintain and create various documents utilizing Microsoft products.
Ability to draft emails professionally and delegate emails to appropriate parties as required.
Act as a relationship manager/proxy for the Executive when communicating with stakeholders.
Ability to run one-off errands as well as in urgent circumstances possess the ability to respond to requests outside of normal office hours.
Recommend alternative solutions in daily logistics that may provide more appropriate options.
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as required
Maintain office supply inventories for the Executives you support
Prepare and manage expense reports
Required Skills and Experience:
Associate degree or military experience
At least 6 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting a Senior level executive.
At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft office suite products and can demonstrate your ability to use Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, etc.
Must be well organized and have strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others including supporting other areas in emergency situations
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues
Detail oriented, clear communication, and exceptional writing skills are a must.
Experience in Financial or Technology industry is a nice to have.
