Position Profile:

AlphaPoint, a leading blockchain provider is actively seeking a Manager to lead our Technical Project Management Team. In this position you will collaborate with our development, sales, account management, infrastructure and product teams to ensure our new customers have a seamless implementation process. Responsibilities include the collection of business and system requirements from clients, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, training client and managing production launches. You will be managing client implementations on a Global basis.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding portfolio from kickoff to product launch.

Work with product management, development and engineering teams to determine requirements and assess the full scope of technical requirements.

Balance business needs versus technical capabilities and assess the impact on the project due dates and deliverables.

Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces and prioritize to meet customer objectives.

Ensure status, issues, and risks are tracked and effectively communicated to both internal and external stakeholders

Possess the technical ability to understand API's, and potential coding languages such as REACT, JavaScript, html.

Possess strong business judgement, influencing skills, leadership and communication skills.

Possess the ability to collaborate and lead on projects.

Be a self-starter that can work autonomously, take initiative and are highly motivated.



Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager.

Must have experience in the following areas:

  • Working within a software development life cycle.
  • Working in an Agile environment.
  • Working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Client onboarding experience.


Previous experience working as a Business and/or Data Analyst or related role is a plus.

Experience with debugging, API's or an understanding of code is highly desirable.

Experience working with trading or post-trading systems, payment systems, or financial processing systems is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Bitcoin, Blockchain, or Cryptocurrencies.
