Job Description


Core Responsibilities

An administrative director has unified responsibility over the HR, finance, accounting, legal, general affairs, internal controls, and market risk management divisions. With a main focus on strengthening internal controls, they direct each division appropriately, and lead the administration division towards an improved structure.

Managing and overseeing the administration division in its entirety Building, organizing, and strengthening internal controls and corporate governance Understanding the company's financial situation and reporting to the management ranks Budgetary controls for the administrative division as well as management level decision making Corresponding with auditors and coordinated securities companies etc.

Qualifications
Required Skills
University graduate Management experience in the administrative division of a financial institution Native level Japanese Business level English
Desired Skills
Experience as an administrative director at a listed company

Preferred Traits

Carry the values of PEN (Passion, Execution, Numbers) Have the drive to work for a venture company

Job Location

Salary

Annual salary (determined by experience and ability) paid in monthly installments Salary revision twice a year
