Job Description


  • Represent the company externally and establish partnership relationships with quality ICO projects worldwide
  • Develop a systematic approach for identifying, assessing and prioritizing partnership opportunities with ICO projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of partnership development
  • Negotiate appropriate terms for each partnership and business relationship
  • Manage the execution/implementation of any partnerships, working in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of industry-related developments


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of accountability
  • Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, preferably relevant to blockchain
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • Native English speaker
