Job Description:
  • Overall 12-15 years of industry experience with strong ability to understand telecom requirements &amp conceptualize end-to-end solution
  • 6-8 years of extensive experience of working with either a Telecom Service Provider/ Telecom Equipment Company addressing the Telecom Service Provider Market in a technical sales role
  • Meeting clients to understand their needs, anticipated requirements, and servicing them with best possible solutions. Managing &amp delivering product specific presentations and demonstrations to the customers
  • Strong solution articulation skills in this area covering breadth of technologies related to OSS/BSS/CEM.
  • Strong understanding of common COTS products &amp Telecom Business Processes. Experience with Ericsson products is preferred
  • Strong experience in Billing &amp revenue management, OSS service assurance &amp service fulfilment,  CEM  Products   involving a large distributed system in a multi-vendor environment
  • Technically understand OSS/BSS/CEM Domain, Network Assurance, multi-vendor integration, reporting, Product customization needs in customer cases, participate in requirement definitions and analysis.
  • Working experience in OSS/BSS transformation programs involving  multi-vendor products,  CEM,  BigData / Analytics
  • Strong in process (eTOM / ITILv3) &amp good understanding on Global/Remote delivery and Operations.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales solution role primarily in the development or integration services in OSS/BSS/CEM
  • Exposure and Experience in Wireless  telecom  domain standards: 2G, 3G, LTE, etc. and knowledge in NGOSS, eTOM, and  OSS
  • Exposure to  COTS products in OSS/BSS like NetAct, NetCool, HPOpenview, MetaSolv, Cramer
  • Exposure to SDN/NFV transformation,  Service Orchestration is must
