Responsibilities
  • Evaluate our current recruiting processes and partner with recruiting leadership to implement data-driven improvements
  • Evaluate our existing suite of tools and integrations and identify areas for automation and improvement
  • Streamline our systems to provide meaningful data with minimal administration
  • Own communication of recruiting / people operations analytics and insights
  • Ensure consistent process documentation and iteration across the recruiting team
  • Develop a thorough and thoughtful training program to ensure all activity around recruiting is unbiased and delivers a magical candidate experience
  • Partner closely with People Operations to create reporting processes which provide visibility into recruiting metrics
  • Partner with People Operations to identify areas to streamline and automate headcount tracking.
  • Prepare and present to Director of Recruiting and senior leadership on recruiting trends and process breakdowns
  • Provide team with up-to-date market analysis on current trends in the business

Requirements
  • BS/BA degree
  • 3-5 years managing large data sets
  • Experience using SQL (Tableau is a plus)
  • Prior experience using data to drive process improvements
  • Prior experience researching new vendors and implementing new systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of a wide variety of recruiting systems and data analytics tools
  • Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint
  • Experience with data visualization is a plus
