Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with top OKCoin and OKEx clients globally
  • Implement sales strategies to deliver key revenue targets
  • Act as our clients’ point of contact for inquiries and requests
  • Understand and constantly improve client onboarding and trading experience
  • Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of OKCoin & OKEx’s product and service offerings
  • Regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism, and trading activity
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of industry-related developments

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance or Trading
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue goals in a sales or BD role
  • Strong understanding of Digital Assets, Cryptocurrencies, or Financial markets preferred
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work well under pressure, thrive working under limited direction, and a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Experience working at a bulge bracket bank, institutional exchange, or financial services firm is a plus
  • Deep passion for digital assets such as BTC, ETH, LTC, or others, is a plus
  • English is required. Mandarin is a strong plus
