Token Foundry is an arm of ConsenSys Capital that helps promising blockchain projects launch successful token sales. We have a strong understanding of the Ethereum blockchain ecosystem and work closely with companies and initiatives that can benefit from a decentralized protocol. Token Foundry is rapidly expanding and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead. This role will focus on finding top talent within the blockchain ecosystem and ensuring retention of all talent while maximizing impact. This is a key leadership position that will be reporting directly to our CEO and helping to build a successful hiring framework for top talent. In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing a streamlined approach to hiring. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in successful start-up ventures and an understanding of key roles and positions within our space.
+ Identifying key business roles and defining jobs and specs while implementing a streamlined approach to sourcing, hiring, onboarding and retention
+ Maximizing impact of talent while creating strategic retention methods
+ Executing full-cycle scaling solutions based on business needs
+ Continually adding to a pipeline of candidates, both active and passive, that would fit our ecosystem
+ Facilitating strong partnerships with top universities, job boards, and dev related software enterprises.
+ Creating and implementing a talent assessment program with key indicators of quality and objectivity in talent performance
+ Formulating key analytics and indicators for hiring, onboarding and retaining top talent
+ Ensure ongoing professional developments among key roles within a rapidly expanding environment
+ Implementing a core strategy for recruiting top entry level talent
+Understanding and implementing compensation plan

+ Bachelor’s Degrees (Master’s preferred) in HR, organizational psychology, development, or similar discipline
+ Proven track record as talent lead and recruitment manager (4-6 years) within fast-paced tech startup
