AlphaPoint, a fast growing and the leading capital markets blockchain provider, is looking for a passionate, driven and self-motivated Sales Engineer to support our sales team in their next phase of expansive growth. The role will involve working closely with the sales team and clients in order to manage client requirements and expectations throughout the sales process, and to elaborate the most suitable solutions and bundles.

Job Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of the Sales team at AlphaPoint, you will:
  • Identify and qualify clients' business and functional requirements to obtain initial project estimates, identify solution gaps after gathering clients' requirements and communicate back to the product and operations teams.
  • Deliver sales presentations and solution demonstrations of AlphaPoint's applications.
  • Provide coverage at annual trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process in collaboration with our Sale's team.
  • Responds to functional and technical elements of RFI's/RFP's (Request for Information and request for pricing).
  • Develop new business opportunities across AlphaPoint and interface with our product, operations and development teams.
  • Provide technical demonstrations to prospective clients and discuss technical features and deployment options with all stakeholders.
  • As a market expert, be aware of industry trends, drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market.
  • Responsible for staying abreast of product road map as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Capital Markets industry as a Sales function

Preferred Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge related to enterprise software technology such as; API, architecture, performance metrics and programming languages.
  • At least 3 years of Experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a Capital Markets or FinTech industry in a Pre-sales or Sales Engineering role.
  • Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
