About the job

We are expanding quickly and need an experienced individual to help make our innovative payment technology a fast and reliable experience for everyday users. Ensuring ours users can perform banking transactions on a timely manner, the operations analyst is an integral part of our ability to deliver a great customer experience.

This full-time role is located in Manila, Philippines.

 

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming requests by following an existing workflow, transferring data, and recording outcomes at each step in a spreadsheet
  • Maintain up-to-date records in process logs and credentials databases
  • Coordinate and escalate processing tasks, primarily through email, text chat, and phone, in collaboration with local and remote colleagues
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes and policies

 

Qualifications

We seek candidates who are passionate about delivering quality work, and have a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic startup environment. Successful candidates should have/be:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in banking operations or finance back-office roles
  • Organized, methodical, detail-oriented
  • Highly productive and with strong work ethic
  • Intermediate mastery of spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Able to analyze and solve problems
  • Able to present issues and solutions clearly
  • Excited to chase down open issues through completion
  • Multitasker, able to shift focus easily
  • Able to both follow process and create process
  • Computer savvy and able to navigate multiple systems, apps, and tools to find information and resolve issues
  • Work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
  • Bonus : accounting or bookkeeping experience
