The Recruiting Program Manager will play a critical role in creating, developing & driving recruiting-centric programs.   The primary function of this role is to create repeatable, consistent & reliable platforms that propel diversity hiring practices and our employee referral program.   The ideal candidate is super organized, results-oriented and has experience building recruiting programs from scratch.   This person will also have experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.


  • Develop and co-own diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Build an elite, consistent, high touch referral program
  • Manage entire organization's referrals
  • Create great relationships with employees
  • Drive referral pipeline generation to appropriate recruiters
  • Optimize internal tools
  • Stay abreast of news in the tech startup space
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

  • 3+ years of diversity recruiting or programs experience
  • 3+ years of employee referral program development experience
  • Demonstrated excellence with organizational skills
  • Track record of elite client management
  • Track record for successful project execution
