Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily customer and corporate payments are processed in a timely and compliant manner. Monitor payments engine and process payments requiring manual intervention
  • Collaborate with customer support, payments engineering, and banking partners to investigate and resolve potential payment issues
  • Identify areas for payment automation and efficient improvements and work cross functionally to design new processes
  • Manage, prioritize, and respond to inbound emails relating to payment matters
  • Identify common trends within support emails to preempt issues and bugs
  • Assist with account reconciliation

Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Passion to solve problems and design scalable processes
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • At least a Bachelor's degree

Preferred (optional)
  • 1+ years experience in finance, accounting or treasury
  • Great with people -- customer service/technical support experience
  • Passion for digital currencies
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
