Job Description


  • Handle customer enquiries through email / online chat/ phone/ walk-in customers related to OKEX / OKCoin platforms
  • Resolve customer’s comments and inquiries with a positive attitude
  • To make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
  • Performing other ad hoc duties when required
  • Work closely with other teams such as Operations, Product and Engineering Team to follow on the requests and enquiries from customers


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of working experience in customer service or help desk (technical)
  • Work experience in cryptocurrency exchange is preferable
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Native in English preferred
  • Passion for Blockchain, Building Businesses, Financial Markets
  • Interested to learn about Cryptocurrency
