Job Description


As a Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst at IO Global, developers of the Cardano blockchain, you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of compensation frameworks and bonus retention plans for our talented teams. In this role, you will lead the strategic evolution of the company's bonus incentive programs, focusing on taking care of our people and meeting the needs of a diverse workforce.

Your mission

We're searching for a deeply analytical and curious mind to take in many data points and provide summaries and actionable recommendations in a clear and concise way. This is a sensitive role and confidentiality is crucial, as is accuracy and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who is a solution-focused and self-driven team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Your duties will include:
  • Working with internal stakeholders to design and operationalize total reward and bonus incentive programs
  • Designing a compensation and bonus tracking process in collaboration with the finance and HR teams
  • Leading and managing compensation programs and processes, including the annual market assessment cycle, token offering plans, bonus incentive plans and discretionary bonus plans
  • Driving process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training
  • Working closely with the HR director on global compensation analysis projects
  • Developing educational and communications materials and training schemes for IOG as the company grows
  • Supporting the executive team in influencing the benefits strategy, design, and implementation of programs
  • Developing metrics to analyze programmes trends and driving strategic design decisions based on dat


Your expertise

  • Experience of designing and delivering bonus retention and total reward programs
  • At least five years' experience in finance, compensation or consulting (preferably within the technology industry), with knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
  • Experience of creating tools and models to analyze data; excellent spreadsheet skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Focus on business-to-technology translation.
