The mission of Coinbase is to create an open financial system for the world. Coinbase Support helps our customers take part in this system. The support team connects with our customers personally to resolve their issues.  As a Support Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day to day of our support team, provide feedback around quality and productivity metrics and drive employee engagement.  

  • Supervise a team of 10-15 remote Customer Support Analyst
  • Drive employee engagement through team meetings and weekly one on ones  
  • Provide consistent, actionable feedback on quality and productivity metrics
  • Handle escalated customer communications
  • Lead projects to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction

  • 1+ year(s) of direct people management in customer/product support
  • Previous customer support experience
  • The ability to provide clear and concise feedback to analysts
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, rapidly growing organization
