Account Manager - Job Description

Title: Account Manager

The Account Manager will lead the customer engagement, relationship management,

and business development efforts for customers using AlphaPoint's leading digital

currency exchange and blockchain solution customers to ensure they succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the ultimate success of AlphaPoint's customers, including customer

onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal

Drive seamless onboarding processes and work cross-functionally with our

business and technology team to proactively manage each customer's

successful deployment

Develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the

customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term account growth

Develop relationships with 3

parties to help drive customer revenue by

negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to

build a consultative solution for our customers.

Proactively manage each customer's business needs and environments -

actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate referrals

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Negotiate customization SOW contracts and close agreements to maximize

profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders

and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer

needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and

external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Forecast and track key account metrics (i.e. Transaction Volumes, Revenue

Share, Sign-ups, Active Users Counts)

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Provide support to clients to implement a successful marketing communication

and public relations program that will help the customer success

Train customer on the use of our technology front ends and administrative tools

Support the creation of user manuals, tutorial videos, and other training materials

Maintain the client wiki to ensure up-to-date information is available

Create and send out formatted emails with feature release notes and product

roadmap to customers and lead monthly calls to update client on latest updates

Create and execute strategies for clients, partners, and 3

parties to promote the

AlphaPoint brand

Assist the President & COO in various operational projects and tasks

Identify tools and processes to optimize on-boarding and account management

Support CRM system administration including user management, data

management, application setup, and troubleshooting

Proactively identify potential and existing issues in client service relationships,

and handle client escalations with grace and maturity, involving executive

leadership as necessary and appropriate

Assess client trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into

recommendations for the executive team

Skills/Qualifications:

5+ years in a customer facing role

2+ years experience in a role in Fintech companies

Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success

Ability to understand customer requirements, identify up-sell and cross-sell

opportunities

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with

both technical and business staff

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team

environment

Passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business

impact

Knowledge of Bitcoin, digital currencies, and/or blockchain technologies is a

plus
