What you'll be responsible for:

This position will roll up to the Director, Demand Generation. In addition to the marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders on the teams responsible for Circle's go-to-market, growth, sales, and revenue operations. You'll play a pivotal role in both the development and execution of nearly our entire marketing strategy and have a material impact on how the company generates revenue. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee multiple facets of our marketing stack, manage a growing team of marketers, and elevate your career as a leader in both marketing and the broader cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

What you'll work on:
  • Build out and manage a team of marketers spanning marketing operations, email and lifecycle nurture marketing, field marketing, and enterprise ABM.
  • Oversee strategy related to marketing operations and our business systems (mainly Hubspot) aimed at improving the efficiency of the entire go-to-market organization.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to continually grow our opted-in database of marketing contacts.
  • Design, build, and execute email marketing, lifecycle nurture, and event marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute an ABM strategy in partnership with Enterprise Sales and BD teams.
  • Act as the key partner to the sales organization on lead management and qualification.
  • Provide reporting and analysis of marketing channels and campaigns within Hubspot, data warehouse / BI tool, and Excel / Google Sheets and regularly communicate performance to internal stakeholders, including the executive team.

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • Experience hiring and building out a multi-channel marketing organization.
  • Experience managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle (nurture) and email marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales operations, including how business systems (CRM, Marketing Automation) are used to drive go-to-market strategy and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue functions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and written and oral presentation skills.

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
  • 7+ years of Marketing, Revenue Operations or related experience
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot (or comparable tools)
  • Strong database and Excel / Google Sheets experience
