This role will rely on your ability to develop deep relationships, create win-win situations, understand product, understand the customer, and sell. - Management of customer life cycle post sale
- Coordinate activities to get customer live
- Articulate the costs associated with bringing each customer live
- Build scalable and repeatable processes for bringing on 5x and 10x the number of clients
- Build strategy for getting more customers live faster
- Help prioritize integrations and partnerships
- Has built / managed a team
- Has built / managed processes
- Has traversed the "do anything to make a customer successful" to "let's make sure we're doing well for the business" gap ($1m to 10m in AR)
- Some technical background (SQL, hacking websites, etc)
- Prior experience at scale
