- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university (MBA a plus)
- 3-5 years in a customer success role or implementation of an enterprise SaaS product
- 3-4 years in a leadership role that included managing and mentoring a team
- Success selling into SMBs between 20-250 employees
- Retain a valuable and satisfied customer base. You will be the expert at leading the team to proactively engage customers by adopting modern customer-success-driven methodologies
- Building scalable and repeatable processes and training programs to bring new hires up to speed quickly, on-board customers effectively, and increase your team's overall knowledge in making our customers successful.
