We want you to help us.

We are currently looking for a set of new Analysts to join our team, irrespective of seniority. • Writing (Experience writing long-form content is important)
  • Data Analysis and Modeling (Excel, SQL, Python, R)

Additionally, any applicant with consulting, and blockchain consulting experience, in particular, is highly encouraged to apply.

As a small and nimble team, all new hires benefit from and are expected to contribute in a wide variety of manners, including conducting primary research, writing internal and public material, conducting data collection and analysis. You might also be working directly with company founders and Fortune 500 executives and senior teams providing accurate, useful, and well-communicated feedback about the blockchain industry, their strategy, and applicable cryptoeconomics. Other opportunities related to market analysis and internal technology development might also be available to new team members.

Independence and integrity are among Smith + Crown’s core values. In practice, this means that all members of the team are given some freedom to pursue ideas and opportunities they identify as useful to the firm and the furtherance of cryptoeconomics, while still being a team player at all times. We are looking to delegate responsibility and entrust team members with the ability to grow and develop as much as possible and this ultimately relies on the establishment of mutual trust and respect.
