IO Global is searching for a UX Researcher to join our outstanding Design team.

Your mission

  • Manage and conduct user research and concept development
  • Lead users and stakeholders throughout the process of proposing, testing, and implementing UX improvements
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams to identify research topics and UX problems
  • Work broadly with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Plan and implement an overall user research strategy and methodology for the business
  • Conduct independent research on all aspects of products and experiences
  • Collect and analyse user behaviour through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing)
  • Work with designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.


Your expertise

  • Strong experience as a UX research specialist
  • Strong experience in user testing and research to encourage data-driven UX/UI decisions
  • In-depth understanding of UX/UI design
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centred design methodologies
  • Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven record of delivering actionable insights
  • Strong record of working and delivering in agile environments
  • Team player
  • Solid time-management skills.
