Your mission
- Understand partner needs, priorities and develop plans to address them
- Identify stakeholders in partner companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Refine business models for cooperation to generate value
- Resolve partner complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward business opportunities to the commercial team
- Promote high-quality negotiation, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve partners and renew relationships
- Approach potential partners to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of regulators and market forces.
Requirements
Your expertise
- Proven experience as a client/partner relationship manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in account management or customer success is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Degree in business administration or a similar field.
