Job Description

This company is the world's largest website building tool for local businesses as well as design and marketing professionals

Responsibilities :
  • Own the overall team performance and pacing towards all monthly and quarterly goals
  • Execute training programs that focus on furthering professional development and performance
  • Participate in the screening and hiring of new candidates.
  • Report periodically on data, activity and performance of team.
  • Identify and engage with potential agency partners, demonstrating the unique value of the company platform to their design process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of agency leads and opportunities.
  • Create new partnerships with agencies, setting them up for
  • Lead, coach, train and developing team members

Qualification :
  • A BA/BS graduate from a 4-year university
  • 5+ years experience in sales or account management
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies
  • Experience starting relationships with agencies


Compensation:
  • Base: $72,000
  • OTE: $120,000
