Responsibilities :
- Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
- Hire new Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.
- Manage a team of 20+ AEs & Team Leads.
- Report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements.
- Coach and inspire individual team members to drive performance and team culture.
Requirements
- A BA/BS Degree
- 5-8+ years experience in sales or account management
- 5+ years of leading/coaching a team
- You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies
- Experience starting relationships with agencies
Compensation
- Base: $250,000
- OTE: $350,000
