Job Description

This company is the world's largest website building tool for local businesses as well as design and marketing professionals

Responsibilities :
  • Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
  • Hire new Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.
  • Manage a team of 20+ AEs & Team Leads.
  • Report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements.
  • Coach and inspire individual team members to drive performance and team culture.


Requirements
  • A BA/BS Degree
  • 5-8+ years experience in sales or account management
  • 5+ years of leading/coaching a team
  • You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies
  • Experience starting relationships with agencies


Compensation
  • Base: $250,000
  • OTE: $350,000
