Job Description

This company is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling technology over the phone, by email and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for developing new business with enterprise accounts in their service footprint throughout North America. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle; developing engagement strategies, creating proposals and closing sales. The Account Executive will work cross functionally with Strategic Account Executives, Marketing, and Market Development teams to develop new market penetration strategies and close new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, exceeding sales quotes and loves that challenges that come with outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Create detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through network and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Collaborate internally with sales, marketing and market development to develop new and creative engagement strategies to close business
  • Present products and services to prospective clients
  • Work closely with the customer success team to enhance customer's satisfaction
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Keep Salesforce contacts and pipeline current

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years applicable work experience
  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to quickly adopt sales related technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation
  • $160,000 Base
  • $320,000 OTE
