Major disruption in the restaurant industry is due as operators face ever more competition and a rapid rise in consumer demands for digital convenience. Restaurants who fail to adopt new methods of processing payments and to accept easier ways of ordering a coffee or meal will be left behind. Restaurants will need a convenient and low-cost way to adapt and become more efficient. MenuBuzz is that product that will enable this by providing digital tools to increase staff efficiency, and breakthroughs in service by putting the power of ordering in customers’ hands.
